3.2.3 Installation of OpenDoc for OS/2 for Developers

To install OpenDoc for OS/2 Version 1.0 and create your parts, follow these steps:

1. Insert disc 3 of The Developer Connection for OS/2 Volume 9 Special Edition in your CD-ROM drive.

2. Install The Developer Connection Catalog. (For details see "Installation of The Developer Connection Catalog" in topic 3.3.)

3. Install OpenDoc for OS/2 Version 1.0 (as explained in "Installation of OpenDoc for OS/2" in topic 3.4.1.)

4. Install IBM Developer's Toolkit for OS/2 Warp Version 3. (See "Installation of IBM Developer's Toolkit for OS/2 Warp Version 3" in topic 3.5 for details.)

5. Install and set up VisualAge C + +.
