APAR:IC06191 EXTERNAL SYMPTOM: TIMEXEC PROGRAM DOES NOT READ TIMEXEC.ADM FILES COMPONENT: NETWORK DOOR/2 SERVER PROBLEM SUMMARY: The TIMEXEC utility is used for the scheduled exeuction of commands and programs. It reads TIMEXEC.ADM and TIMEXEC.RMD files and executes the commands within at the specified date and times. TIMEXEC is used by NetDoor/2 Servers to keep the SERVERS.COR data file current with the copy on your NetDoor Master Server. TIMEXEC is supposed to process all TIMEXEC.ADM and TIMEXEC.RMD that exist along the DPATH. However, due to a bug, TIMEXEC was only locating TIMEXEC.RMD files. This has been fixed. HOW TO APPLY THIS FIX: On the Master Server, copy the TIMEXEC.EXE file to the \COUIMAGE directory. This directory will be located on the drive you selected when the Master Server was installed. If you have server synchronization (SYNCSERV) set up, the new TIMEXEC.EXE will automatically be copied to all of your NetDoor image servers the next time the updated from the Master. If you do not have SYNCSERV set up, copy the new file to the \COUIMAGE directory on each of your NetDoor image servers. If you have multiple Master Servers, also repeat this procedure on each.
