Warp 4 Toolkit LIBC supplement

The Warp 4 toolkit provides only COFF (VisualAge ILINK) versions of LIBC. In
subsequent toolkits, they have been renamed to LIBC*I.LIB. You don'y have to
install this package if you are using an OS/2 v 4.5 or later toolkit.

This package "fixes" your Warp 4 toolkit by adding standard OMF-LIBC for
linkage in LINK386. If you still need the COFF versions, be sure to rename them
prior to overwriting with files from this package!

Installation: just copy the *.LIB files to LIB directory in your Toolkit tree.
