application developer: 

 o Failed Dialog Manager service command string 

 o Return code of the failed Dialog Manager command 

 o Reason code of the failed Dialog Manager command 

 o Last OS/2 return code. This code may help to isolate the failed Dialog 
   Manager function. 

 Processing is done according to the users choice: 

 o Abort: Terminate the application 

 o Continue: Returns the error to the application 

 o Help: Display this help panel
