SHARED.H file renamed to HRTX.H to avoid confusion with other similar
header files. Bugs fixed in COMPLYR and RTC to correctly handle
compatibility mode R0 and R3 requests from the same process
(RTMIDI). Direct VDD timer support added (extended mode only).
Interruptibility of blocked R3 threads addressed.
