Specify under Levels to change the scope of Access-Levels users must have to 
become changed (see also From and to). 

Under Key Mask you can specify wich Keys a user must or must not have to be 
changed. If a Key in the Key Mask is checked, the User also must have the Key 
checked to become changed. If a Key in the Key Mask ist not checked the User 
must not have the Key checked in his settings. If the Checkbox is gray, the key 
of the user will not affect the Change-Process. 

Under Changes you can enter the settings, that have to be changed. 

With the button Process you can start the Change-Process. 

With the button Close you can close the window.

Choose here the Acces-Level the user must have at least to be changed.

Choose here the Acces-Level the user must have at most to be changed. 


═══ 2. Help for Global Delete ═══

Specify under Levels to change the scope of Access-Levels users must have to 
become deleted. 

Under Key Mask you can specify wich Keys a user must or must not have to be 
changed. If a Key in the Key Mask is checked, the User also must have the Key 
checked to become deleted. If a Key in the Key Mask ist not checked the User 
must not have the Key checked in his settings. If the Checkbox is gray, the key 
of the user will not affect the Delete-Process. 

Enter the number of days, a user must not have called again to become deleted 
in the field Days since last call. 

In the next field and calls < you can enter the number of calls, a user must 
have called at most, to become deleted. 

Check the box Delete only with Expiry=None, if you want only delete users wich 
have no Expiry Settings. 

Check the box Delete only with Credit=0 if you want only delete user with no 
credit. 

With the button Delete you start the Delete-Process. 

With the button Undelete deleted users with the specified settings will be 
undeleted. 

The Button Close will close the window ;-).
