People in Poland did not feel at home when they were at home. In New York City, some people I know live in one room - no window - 1000 dollars per month. So-Ho is out, the East Village is hot and soon everybody will move to Harlem. I didn╒t get an impression that people in New York City feel at home when they are at home. The telephone rings, time to go to a party, time to go to an opening, time to create fun. No time to create. You are free and life is a job. You do your life in order to be able to live. |
