STB Picture Viewer

   You have just recieved a copy of Picture Viewer for Windows 3.x and up, don't worry it's freeware. That means you don't have to pay for any thing. The Picture Viewer can view Bitmaps, Icons, and Windows Metafiles. All you have to do is unzip these files into any directory you want. Feel free to ditribute to any one. The files include:

	PicView.Exe ................... Picture Viewer Program
        PicView.Bmp ......................... Start up Picture
	CmDialog.vbx ....................... Some Program File
	Commdlg.dll .................. Some other Program File
	Vboa300.dll ................. Yet another Program File

   If the program starts asking for some vbrun300 thing, don't worry. You can download it from our page at:
