This is F8TAL's latest theme of Squaresofts new game: "Final Fantasy 8".
It's got sounds, a great background, icons and it's Windows 98 enabled.

Just extract these files to a new folder in the "c:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes" directory. (Call the folder Final Fantasy 8)
