The .isp file contains information that makes it possible for users to connect to your sign-up server. Microsoft provides a tool, the ISP File wizard, that you can use to generate your .isp file automatically.
To install the ISP File wizard, double-click Filewiz.exe in the \Toolkit\ISP\Wizard folder of your IEAK program folder. This will launch Setup for the wizard.
