When you need help, BASIS Technical Support Analysts are ready. BASIS provides complimentary installation assistance for our products. If you have questions after you have used your complimentary support, you may select from any of the following options.
- Contact your dealer.
- For occasional support needs, you can call a BASIS analyst at 505.345.5021, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday. We charge a nominal fee of USD 35.00 per topic to your American Express, VISA, or MasterCard.
- For continuing support needs, you may purchase a Support Contract. Please call BASIS Sales Services for current pricing at 505.345.5232 (in the US call toll-free 1.800.423.1394) 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday.
- Use CompuServe. Share information with hundreds of other BASIS product users world wide. Technical questions may be directed to our staff and you can expect a response within one business day. Just type GO BASIS!
- Questions can also be faxed to our technical staff at 505.344.9057. A Technical Services Problem Description fax form is available from BASIS for your convenience.
- You can e-mail support questions to support@basis.com via the Internet.
