Due to problems with Abelgratis, site updates have not been possible for the
last couple of weeks so the websites statistics are a bit late.
The GAUG website has moved temporarily onto my Sniffout webspace until the
Abelgratis problems are solved. Because of this the site can only be accessed
by the URL http://gaug.cjb.net . If you attempt to access it by http://www.clubamiga.co.uk
then while that still works, you won't see any updates.
On a lighter note, we have been visited from a new country - Estonia!
Go to the hits page to check it out. Does anybody know who it was?

Latest meeting report is available...

The meetings pages have been brought right up to date with a report for
every meeting. I have also added fourteen (yes 14!) items to the links page.

a new section on the links page - 'Scottish Radio Websites'.

Further to what was discussed at last night's meeting :
There's a small addition to the ISP's page, two new links
have been added to the links page and if you go to the
bottom of the menu on the left you'll find a new page
with some interesting information on our website statistics.

At last night's meeting there were a couple of suggestions for
improving the website. If you look at the intro page you'll see
that the spinning logo is now a link to the rest of the site.
Also, if you want to submit a link for our links page there is
now a link to a form on the page for that purpose.

Someone on the GAUG mailing list recently suggested creating a timeline
page on the website to show how we got to where we are now.
When we have enough information, look out for the new page
accessible from the timeline link at the bottom of the menu bar.

We now have our own domain and 50Mb of webspace!

direct URL which is http://www.gaug.clubamiga.co.uk.

There has been a lot of talk about adding a page
about which Internet Service Providers we use
and recommend. If your eyes drift left and
down a bit you'll see a new link 'ISP's page'.
Submit your ISP URL's now! Also a short
comment about why their so brilliant
would be nice. Thanks.

The next GAUG meeting will be on Friday the 5th of May
starting between 7-7:30 pm and finishing at 10 pm.
If any members have GAUG logos which are not on the logos page
and would like their logos to be considered for the website

If you go to the polls section of the GAUG mailing
list then you will find a poll on what logo on
the logos page should be used for the intro page
on this website. Please vote for your favourite
logo. If there are any other logos to be submitted
then you'd better get a move on!
