Hello !
I wrote some code that does similar things and
I remember that it does matter if the calling programm
(your Blitz Programm) was called from CLI or from WB.
If you call it from CLI it opens a CON: Window,
otherwise not.
If the programm has an .info icon you have a cycle gadget
to define the way it is started. (set it to "WB" for no CON:)
