..not in the UK.
..but in Japan you can get the full (ie the real, proper speed that it
should be) 1.5Mb/s ADSL for just under 25 ukp/month
Here...pah! I see BT offering 512kb for ridiculous sums of money, and the
'so-called' competition (which has to wait for BT to install lines etc)
have now put their prices up to the same level (ie you may as well just go
with BT so you get connected a week quicker, its gonna cost you the same
amount)
pity....the UK being so bloody small, you'd have though wiring the place
up with ADSL couldnt have been easier!
