That depends how you look at it.

Virtually all companies wanting to be anywhere in the 'digital/consumer
appliance' market are shouting about these things. It's not as though Amiga
have just photocopied Microsoft's business plan... although whose plan
Microsoft photocopied is anyone's guess ;-)
