Has anyone got any idea about this one. I can`t boot with no start-
up sequence, and so I can`t get to a cli. It will just go to the
`insert disk` screen whatever is selected at the startup menu
screen. I have totally stripped the computer out of hardware, so
this is on a bare A1200 with 3.1 ROMS. It will boot from floppy
fine, but I don`t know about harddrive as I don`t have one set up!
(Long story!) This is why I want to get to cli, so I set the
harddrive up from CD as I did before! (Clever me doesn`t have a
working WB disk anymore either).
It worked fine a few months back, but the computer went a few months
without being used due to Uni, and so is now in this state. The only
thing I can think of is the ROMS? Anyone got any idea?
