1. Gigabytes :)
2. If I did that I'd lose 50MB in disk buffers. And spreading MP3s over
several partitions is UnFun. (My BBS file base is over several disks &
partitions, but then Zeus BBS handles multiple partitions, CDs or network
drives transparently. </advert>)

Handy trick: use two fast SCSI HDs, at least 1GB each. Then you can make
images from a couple of CD-ROMs while writing another image out to a CD-R.
Well, you could with a CS-PPC. Not with a 3640. I'll have to phone PowerC,
evil non-email replying satan lovers. Or something.
