Had a discussion on this recently here.

Erm, there's a couple of sites, which you can access from the list at
boingworld.com I think... hardware hack sites.

Definitely make a cardboard cut-out of the Amiga m/b (unless you have a
broken one spare). Play around with the tower you have and see where it
fits best, as you'll probably have to move the psu and re-bracket that.
You may also want to ring up Eytech and ask about some of their conversion
bits and pieces... The backplate isn't the best, and the instructions are
pathetic, but the power converter platic thingy (connects the ground and
the wire that senses whether the keyboard is on or something) is helpful
for the ATX psu, but I'm sure you can get them from Maplins.
Otherwise if you can get hold of an AT psu it'd be better.
You'll need the Eyetech or Power k/b interface to use a pc k/b.
An IDE 4-way splitter to use more than one ide device.
Probably other cables to make things fit.
And that's all I can remember atm.
