Mario - I changed the Max Transfer Rate to your suggestion and I've just spent the day burning 15 disk - all faultlessly at full speed!
Many thanks! I'll get you a beer this weekend - only you won't be there so I'll have to drink it for you - the it's the thought that counts!!
