Are you a developer ? I'm just trying to work out if you are guessing
or if you know that for a fact.
If yes, are you saying that AI has provided some kind of
working documentation for 4.0/4.2 ?
I mean, if I were a developer, I'd say any software I'm working on is
aimed at 4.0/4.2 simply because it has more kudos even if my software
currently works under 3.x
