A cache partition is a prime candidate for fragmentation, so it's wise
to make it substantially larger than you think you'll ever need.
50MB per browser plus JPEGTMP: and directory for your print spooler and
any other program s that use temporary files takes it up to around
200MB, so 300MB should reduce fragmentation.
