tried that... no good
i have even put it in a script then put that in wbstartup drawer, using
iconx as the default tool... no good either
NO matter what i do, the window borders only change if i go into the prefs
and save/use/test the prefs.
why isn't birdie reading the prefs file in ENV: even though it's there!
