I haven't been able to get SoundProbe to work at all for a year or so.
It just crashes on startup. The author wasn't interested in fixing it.
But from my memory of it, I would say SoundFX is definitely better.
I believe that if you set up AHI for 8-bit Paula, it also records
through the standard 8-bit samplers, but I haven't tested this. Anyway,
SoundFX records and plays back with AHI.
