Once you've gone down to get the key, go right, through the hall full of
tables, and up (if I remember correctly) to a room with a couple of guards
in and a door on the right-hand wall.
The key to escaping (a-hahaha) is patience. And a flamethrower can come in
handy, too ;-) You have to stand still a lot and watch the path the guards
take, only moving once they're a good distance away from you.
Once you actually break out of jail, however (which involves killing the
guard on the front gate), all hell breaks loose. It'll probably take you a
fair amount of time to finish the jailbreak once you get to that point...
but good luck!
Don't forget to install the latest update from a recent AACD or Payback's
web site.
