Hello Sam
You make the registering and using of Miami registerDX so SIMPLE, there
again maybe its is and I am the SIMPLE one.?
Up and until November 1999 I was using Miami 3.2 ans I updated to
MiamiDx having paid £38.35 to Nordic Global on the 26/11/99.
At the time I was having terrible problems with THOR2.6a and wrote
to Kruse Holger that until I cure my present problems I would not
intstall Miami Dx - by the time I had cured my problems, with
many thanks to that stalwart of the AMIGA - Neil Bothwick - Kruse
Holgers systems had all went haywire.
I am at present using an evaluation copy of Miama DX which is
not good and I am frighten to reinstall Miami 3.2
I only have Key 1 and Key 2 - I do not have miami.key, or miami.key2 iirc.
I am fed up emailing Kruse Holger but get no response. I have also tried
to Register online but keep getting the message 'you are already registered'
I am now getting intermittant SOFTWARE FAILURE
Miami: Miami Dx
Programm failed(Error @8000000B)
Wait for Disk activity to finish.
Suspend Reboot
It can happen both ONLINE and OFFLINE - I even get it when I try to
opn up THOR (OFFLINE) - it does not alway happen - sometimes it can
happen three tmes in a row after rebooting each time.
We suspect it is a Hardware problem and trying to get another A1200
to elemintae it - My CD Rom has also went down and part of my
Wordworth6 is also gone.
Anyway if you can help with Miami Dx I would be obliged.
Jim
