1280x768? Don't you mean 1024x768 or 1280x960? Either way, XHelvetica 11 is
the font of the gods :) I use it on 1120x840, looks great. (It also looked
great on 800x600 and 1024x768).
If you're making custom modes, its best to stick to the SVGA 4:3 ratio, so
that websites and everything look right.
