This axis was the main one described in the position paper. In that paper, one end of the spectrum was use of a single system model to stand for a generic domain model. In the working group, we further refined this into two distinct states: use of common notation for system and domain modeling, and use of the identical model for both; as opposed to use of distinct models with the same notation.
