Mr. Ferguson joined Andersen Consulting in 1974. Since that time, Glover has consulted in systems architecture in numerous industries and on multiple hardware/system software platforms. In 1986, Glover founded the Andersen Consulting group responsible for creating and evolving Andersen's integrated system development environment, FOUNDATION.

Presently, Glover is the Director of Andersen Consulting's Center for Strategic Technology Research (CSTaR) and also the Director of the Technology Solution Vision Program.

Mr. Ferguson received a bachelor's degree in economics from Claremont McKenna College in 1973 and received both a bachelor's and master's degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University in 1974.
