With this scoping of the DA process, we clarify the role of the domain
analyst as that of language interpreter, understanding the domain language
of the users and customers and translating that into the features and
relationships that will be used by the engineering team that produces the
reusable components. The Domain Analyst says nothing about how to
implement the reusable workproducts, imposing no particular software
paradigm (e.g., object-oriented) in the domain model.
