Dataspaces are stored as:
- an entry in the dataspace DB
- zero or one keyval DBs (zero if no keyvals have been set)
- zero or one bstream UNIX files (zero if no data has been written to the
bstream)
Keyval and bstream files are named by the handle (because they don't really
have names...).
