chkesc - test VT320 report requests

SYNOPSIS

chkesc

DESCRIPTION

chkesc sends VT100/102/220/320 report request escape sequences to your terminal or emulator and waits for replies. If a reply comes, it is printed. If it does not come, a timeout message is printed. Thirty-four report requests are handled. Feel free to add more. Only 7-bit escape sequences are sent and recognized. See the source code, chkesc.c, for building instructions.
