What are newsgroups?
A newsgroup is an electronic discussion forum. You can post requests, answers and comments
to a newsgroup which will be the distributed worldwide by the means of the internet.
Another possibility is to create local newsgroups which are not distributed but it works
in the same manner as if they were distributed.
What is the difference between Usenet and newsgroups?
A newsgroup is a single place of interest, a single discussion group, whereas
the Usenet is the sum of all distributed newsgroups and the distribution
mechanism itself.
