How to Join the Delicious Fun
Creative Cuisine II, an advanced foods class from Ligon GT Middle School in Raleigh, North Carolina, congregated and considered collecting classic cuisines. We decided to collect family favorites from around the world!
There is a catch, though.... We also need some history about the person, place or tradition that this recipe has inspired. So if you know of someone who is completely and totally obsessed with cooking, tell us about them and send us a copy of their fav. Help us save their treasure for others to enjoy!
