Extract the files to your themes directory (i.e. C:\PROGRAM FILES\PLUS!\
THEMES).  If you do not have the correct font installed extract it to 
a temporary dirctory.  Then open the Control Panel and click on the
fonts folder.  Choose install new font from the File drop down menu,
browse until you reach the temporary directory where you extracted the
font, and highlight the font with your mouse.  Next click OK.  To use
theme go to Destop Themes in the Contol Panel.  The theme should be 
listed in the themes drop down menu.  Select it and click OK.  That
should do it.
