Hello and welcome for downloading the Ultimate Windows 98 Theme. I hope
you enjoy this theme it took me alot of hard work to track down these 
sound files, and the icons but it was worth it. 

There is only one thing you need to do to get this theme to work, and that
is to put this into your C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\ .dir (or whatever
drive you have Microsoft Plus in. After doing that your set.
