Introduction

Welcome to the Quanta Homepage. Quanta is made by astronomy and physics students, who try to get it published bimonthly to entertain and inform the astronomy and physics community at Leiden University. Also, announcements made by het Leidsch Astronomisch Dispuut 'F.Kaiser' appear regularly in Quanta.

Quanta is freely available for all physics and astronomy students at the Leiden University (Rijks Universiteit Leiden). It is distributed at the Huygens Laboratory and the Kamerlingh Onnes Laboratory as part of Het Mededelingenblad (The Announcementsmagazine) of the faculty. And as you can see, Quanta is also available on the World Wide Web! Please note that these pages were designed to work best with Netscape V1.1, so using a different browser may result in a somewhat corrupted layout.
