• hpxexpnd.c This program developed as part of the FIFE Information System CD-ROM data distribution effort will expand the compressed image files specified in a file (EXPND_IN.LIS) from the CD-ROM and restore them to their original form.
• Conversion.c convert geographic coordinates into UTM coordinates and vice versa.
