NAG Libraries Search System
This is an interface to a developing set of facilities to assist users
in selecting appropriate NAG software, or NAG library routines, for
their application. Your comments on
this system and suggestions for further advisory/selection mechanisms
would be appreciated.
GAMS Search
NAG software classified according to the
GAMS
classification system.
WAIS Search
This is a WAIS-based search of the on-line information files. WAIS
searches allow boolean expressions such as "transform and fourier",
"statistics not general" etc.
Simple Text String Search
A simple regular expression based text search of the quick reference
lists of routines. Note that this is just string matching, not keyword
look-up. Searches are case insensitive and use grep-like
regular expressions with one difference, the tilde symbol is used to
indicate the beginning or end of a word.
Full words are often better than abbreviations (e.g. fourier
rather than fft) and single words are more likely to match than
phrases (e.g. fourier rather than fourier transform).
Please note that the FL90plus
library is a combination of the NAG Fortran 77 Library and the NAG
Fortran 90 Library (fl90).
