The second annual Best of the Net awards were held at Herbst Pavillion
in San Francisco on
November 3, 1995.
GNN created the awards to recognize the best of the
best; Internet sites that stand out among even the most useful and
entertaining resources.
Best of the Net recognized sites in ten categories, with
each category broken into two divisions, Amateur and Professional.
