About The Government Server

This is the New Zealand Government WWW server. It has official information about the New Zealand Government on it. It includes press releases, proposed legislation, etc. It is maintained by Matthew Sheppard and Colin Jackson of the IT Policy Unit in the Ministry of Commerce. It is, however, currently under construction, which means that information may (in some cases) be out of date or erroneous. If you find such information, please let one of the maintainers (Matthew.Sheppard@comp.vuw.ac.nz or Colin.Jackson@comms.moc.govt.nz) know, preferably through the comment submission in the headings.

The server is continually under development. We welcome comments. Some usage statistics are available also.
