Research Studentships in Computing & Electrical Engineering

A number of EPSRC funded research studentships are available in the following broad subject areas, commencing October 1996.

EPSRC studentships provide full fees and maintenance payments for UK Nationals, and may be supplemented by the CASE scheme which provides an opportunity for formal University-Industry cooperation. EC nationals are eligible for fees-only awards and may be eligible for full awards under certain circumstances described in the EPSRC studentship booklet. Applicants should have (or be about to get) at least a 2(1) Honours degree in a relevant discipline or the equivalent.

Additional opportunites for funding exist through University Scholarships, the Overseas Research Student Awards, the British Council, the Association for Commonwealth Universities, the European Community and other schemes, but each has specific conditions attached.
