About the university:
The Matsuyama University campus stretches from east to west and lies just
north of the famous Matsuyama Castle. Throughout the liberal 70 year
history of the school - starting with the Matsuyama Higher School of
Commerce, continuing as the Matsuyama College of Economics and the
Matsuyama University of Commerce, and culminating as the present Matsuyama
University - the campus has remained the same. With a park-like
environment and atmosphere of youthful vivality, it has continually been
an ideal locale for students to gather and to talk. As such, the campus
provides a climate for students to interact with friends and to prepare
themselves to enter adult society.
