Among the internal airlines operating here, La Navette advertises (Jan 1997) Marseilles-Paris flights every 15 minutes during peak periods. Their advertised "Tarif Mini Bleu" (which is not peak periods) is 325 F.

Bus
An extensive bus service covers all of Marseilles. The extensive use of electric-powered trolleys (called tramways), along with the metros, helps reduce air pollution for this active city.

Regional Bus - A Regional bus line serves:
Marseilles, Aix-en-Provence, Saint Cannat, Lambesc, Pélissanne, Salon-de-Provence, Miramas, Istres, Fos-sur-Mer, Port de Bouc, Croix Sainte, Martigues.

Metro
There are two metro lines serving Marseilles.
Metro 1 goes from the main hospital "Timone" in the eastern suburbs, along Bvd Baille to the Place Castellane, in to the Quai des Belges at the Old Port, out to the Gare St.Charles, past the Longchamp Park, and then way out through the northeast suburbs of St.Just, Frais Vallon and La Rose (the Château-Gombert Technopole).
Metro 2 runs roughly north-south, connecting the shipping port, the Gare St.Charles and La Canebière, and out the Avenue du Prado to the Palais des Congrès and the big sports complex at Ste.Marguerite.
