The 3DText ActiveX control uses OpenGL so you need to have Microsoft OpenGL 1.1 installed on the target machine. OpenGL comes as a standard component with Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 98 and you do not need to install it explicitly. Windows 95 however does not come equipped with OpenGL so you'll need to install it before running this ActiveX control. The only thing you have to do is run OpenGL95.exe on the target machine.
