B-52: Roger, rolling out 10° more on 209.

Adams: I got my tank handle to pressurize, pressures are coming up.

NASA 1: There will be no jettison check, Mike.

Adams: OK, I know that. I got 4 switches to jettison. Lox is 48, ammonia is 45. On X-15 radio, how do you read?

NASA 1: You're coming in clear, but weak.

Chase: Trim still looks good.

NASA 1: Recheck your throttle and check your a, Mike. You're on track, on profile. Standby for theta. Track is good. Have you coming up on profile, Mike. Very good profile. Standby for your pushover, now. Good track and profile. Cross check your angle of attack with your g meter. Very good profile, on track. We have you on profile. Watch your H dot. On track, on profile. Just a little bit high. Very good profile, on track. You can standby for your shutdown. OK, we have you shutdown, Mike. We have you just a little high on velocity. Yaw damper to fixed gain. a/b

Adams: Yes, I got it.

NASA 1: Standby for your H dot. We have you on profile, on track. We have you about 3.5 Mach number. On profile, we have you about 92,000. 3.5 Mach number. Roll out on 218°. Fix your sunshade. We have you about 5 north of Cuddeback. 3.3 Mach number. Coming abeam Cuddeback, speed brakes full out. Yaw damper to off. Watch your q, we have you about 500. Decrease your rate of descent a little, Mike. Have you Mach 3, 500 q. Have your brakes full open. Keep your brakes out. Come right about 10°, Mike. 3.5 Mach number. Do you have the base in site?

Adams: Roger.

NASA 1: OK, check your sunshade. 2.3 Mach number. Yaw damper to adaptive. Mach 2 at 500 q. And you should be coming over the highway. Speed brakes closed, you can bring it over to the right just a little, start your high key turn. You're 1.5 Mach number and check your angle of attack when you turn around, Mike. I suggest you go to jettison anytime. Master switch off. Observe your angle of attack on the turn around, Mike. Your turn is looking very good. We have you about 1.2 indicated, watch your angle of attack.

Chase: Got him. Chase 4, got him Jerry?

Chase: Got him. Mike check your flap, squat, kicker circuit breakers.

Adams: Got them, Jerry.

NASA 1: Check your third skid, Mike. Understand you have your circuit breakers?

Adams: .......... turning off high key, I got about 21 here.
