HOME SCHOOL INFORMATION

If you are the parent or guardian of a student and wish to enroll your student in Home School, or you have a student currently enrolled in Home School, you can download the Intent To Home School Form and the Home School Waiver Form from this page.

Home School forms must be completed and submitted each year.
