Message from the Secretary

National Rural Conference
Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman will host six regional rural forums, April 17-24, to begin a national dialogue on the strength and promise of America's rural roots. The forums being held from coast to coast will lead up to President Clinton's National Rural Conference at Iowa State University on April 25 in Ames, Iowa.
