GSA Board of Contract Appeals

The General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals is responsible for resolving disputes arising out of contracts with the General Services Administration, the Department of the Treasury, the Department of Education, the Department of Commerce, and other independent Government agencies. The Board is also empowered to hear and decide protests arising out of automatic data processing procurements Governmentwide. Although the Board is located with the agency, it functions as an independent tribunal.
