The SUBJECT LINE of your email to this username contains the command which triggers the response to your inquiry. For example, you received this guide in response to a message which contains the SUBJECT LINE "Send Help". Please note that with the exception of "Send Comment", the MESSAGE TEXT of your message is ignored - only the SUBJECT LINE is used for inquiries. list. Check it frequently.
Internet users retrieving WordPerfect and other non-ASCII files via Internet Mail may need UUDECODE to "unencode" these files after retrieval. We cannot provide this utility to you. Please contact your local System Administrator for assistance with UUDECODE.
Additionally, some responses may be too large to be be received by your host system. If you receive a response you cannot read or receive an error message that the file is too large, you should contact your local Email or System Managers for help.
