Instructions for use. 4. Disclaimer. WHAT THE .ZIP FILE CONTAINS: This file, Mission.ini, Savegame.303, Pickup.map, Pickup.ini. MISSION INFO: Name of mission: The Pickup Released on: 14/03/96 (Probably) Play as: GDI Build time: A few hours. Level replaced: 15, new mission from scratch. Map size: 62x62 Difficulty: Tough. Briefing in full: ** Play the other three missions, then you'll know the story. ** Commander. I have good news and Bad news. The good news is that we can come and pick you up, provided that you take out all the SAM sites.What's more we think that there may be an old, abandoned com. centre somewhere, if you can find it. The bad news is NOD know you're here and will try to stop you. All you have to do is take out the SAM sites and the small(ish) NOD base. When you have taken out all the SAM sites and the Temple a Chopper will meet you. NOD is jamming our sensors so you must then Destroy the NOD comm. centre, East of your current position. From there we can get an exact fix on your location. Good luck. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THESE FILES MISSION.INI - The briefing file. If you can be bothered put this file in your C&C directory to read the in-game briefing. (Don't forget to delete it when you're through with this level though). SAVEGAME.* - The simplest way to play. Copy this into your C&C directory and load the savegame. I suggest that you then restart the mission and watch the cutscenes for the full C&C atmosphere. PICKUP.MAP - The map file. Use MIXMAN to put this into your C&C directory. PICKUP.INI - The ini file. See above. You only need use this and the .map file if you don't use the savegame. DISCLAIMER (sorry, has to be done) Use these files at your own risk. It's not my fault if something goes hideously wrong. Make backups of any files if you're worried. Please feel free to spread these files around but you *MUST* include this text file, in it's entirety. You MAY build other levels from this one, provided you credit me, and send me a copy (or tell me where I can get one). You Must also include this file.
